
In our family, our favorite way to watch the SpaceX launches is after they happen due to our crazy schedules. While the photos and videos from other people’s iPhones are great, we’d like to see some live launches at some point. Late tonight/early tomorrow could be our opportunity!

In a refreshing and commendable act by a government office, the Indian River County Property Appraiser Wesley Davis has once again returned unused funds from his office to the county. They came in under budget again and returned the money instead of finding a way to spend it.

It seems that the Jeffrey Epstein client list drama will be a part of our lives forever. I get whiplash trying to keep up with the latest “official” version of the list and what’s going to happen with it.
The image you see above is the cover of a notebook on Amazon. There’s nothing inside but blank pages. I bought one a few weeks ago and it’s GREAT to take it to work meetings and coffee shops. I just leave it on the table for others to see it and let the conversations flow as they should.

Here are some quick updates on three of the criminal stories we covered in the past week: The guy shooting rounds into the day camp, the doctor accused of fondling his patients and/or employees, and the officer accused of stalking his ex using law enforcement tools in addition to regular, pedestrian stalking.

The Thanksgiving weather in Indian River County looks like it’s going to be ideal, but a huge storm could hit the rest of the US and affect travelers who are coming to or from Florida for Turkey Day.

There have been some conflicting decisions made by two different judges regarding the Citizens Property Insurance mandatory arbitration process. It forces disputes to be handled by private proceedings and only one judge instead of traditional courts. Who benefits when disputes are handled by private proceedings instead of open court where the public can see? It’s usually not the little guy.
